Top Gear June 10th?
They typically film the studio days of Top Gear on Wednesday's, which brings up an interesting question.

The part I'm most interested in "You'll need to be free to take part in filming on Wednesday June 6."

Spiderman 3
Here it is, the long awaited Spiderman 3 review, the review to end all reviews. Now I last spoke of Spiderman 2 back in my review of it in 2004 which you can find here. This Spiderman movie followed a lot of the same formula in that the beginning is again sort of a “quick review” of the past two movies and I feel it’s a nice touch as it sort of jogs the memory on what deputed more than 6 years ago. Overall though I thought the movie was good, but not Spiderman 2 good. I think what it was missing was that Sam Raimi “quick zoom” that he did in Spiderman 2 during the Doc Ock surgery room scene that ended in a nice homage to a chainsaw. Don’t get me wrong the movie was still better than 90% of the crap out there, and it earned over $140 million its opening weekend smashing the previous record held by Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest which I still have to see. Anyways the scene with Bruce Campbell as the Maitre D’ was by far the funniest and best overall scene of the movie. The subtle or not so subtle way that hand gestures can get confused is just so over the top as to be hilarious. The action in the movie was good, but I think the best action scene was the first one between Harry and Peter, it just seemed to have the action meter turned all the way up to 11. It was quick it was to the point and you got to see that Peter is still trying everything he can to convince Harry that he didn’t kill his father. We also saw how stressed out Mary Jane is and how she’s taking Spiderman finally getting fame…not well. One major point of contention I had with the movie was when Peter busted out the “emo” hairdo, just remember Pete its down the river not across the street. But anyways that can all easily be forgotten about when you get into the scenes around the Daily Bugle, as those are equally as brilliant as the scenes with Bruce Campbell. Since the music which was sans Danny Elfman was still quite good, the acting was up to par, the directing while not overly Sam Raimi like was still good, and the special effects were good all add up to a 8.5 / 10.

Q & A
My desktop wallpaper is comprised of a Porsche Carrera GT and a Ferrari F430. Then the other computer has a picture of http://www.widerange.org/photo.php?id=259.
What I do is a plethora of things (notice the big word). For example for the past two days I've been out installing lysimeters (4 foot long poles that detect nitrogen in the water). This has basically been a landscaping job, with augers to dig the holes, then a mortar type mix to put in the bottom six inches and then filled with dirt to the top. Next week we're going to go back out and take samples and analyze them. Last week I prepared a powerpoint presentation on the county purchasing a GPS Camera to use with ArcGIS. Tomorrow I'm going to go through a list of documents and scan them into the computer and put into a digital filing system. So I do a lot.
