The bad news: no Stargate SG-1 movies until 2008.
The good news: IF the first 2 are successful MGM plans on releasing 2 movies per year!!!
More good news: Atlantis will return to the airwaves in September.
More bad news: Because of this Atlantis will be competing with first run programming on major networks, which might cause a ratings drop which would effectively make season 4 its last.
Even more bad news: It is thought that one of the reasons for the lower ratings has been because both series aired months ago in either Canada or the UK.
Even more good news: SG-1's series finale scored a 1.7 rating which equals about 2.2 million viewers, which is huge considering the back half of season 10 has been averaging about a 1.2.

Price is Right
I'm posting this ahead of schedule just to make sure I don't forget. But we are about to have a Johnny Carson moment in our lives. A line that divides the generations, yes I'm talking about Bob Barker on the Price is Right. The last episode has already been filmed, but it is put to the airwaves this Friday June 15th at its normal time of 10:00 am and then they're doing a rebroadcast in primetime. So in 10 years ask an 8 year old who hosts the Price is Right, because for everyone over the age of 5 the person you'll think of is Bob Barker. Plinko Rules!

Blackberry...More Like....Blackberry
So after owning a generation 1 Motorola Razr for 3 years, I decided it was time to put it to rest. That and the fact that it gets about 12 hours of battery life per charge on standby and about 30 minutes of talk time. So today I took the plunge into the Smartphone epoch. Now mind you I kind of got the beginner smartphone, seeing as there are a lot of other phones / pocketpc's that can do a hell of a lot more, but so far (I've owned the phone for a good 4 hours now) I like it. I got the Blackberry Pearl 8100 in the proper color...black, otherwise it'd be called a Whiteberry. I'm still figuring out what all the buttons do since this isn't like any phone I've had before. If anything it reminds of the simplistic days when the Nokia 5180 ruled the world. I've gone ahead and bought a 1 gig micro sd card for it and already loaded on some songs (Pink Floyd, Overture of 1812, etc.) and an episode of Top Gear. So with any luck this phone will give me 3 years of quality service, just like the Motorola Razr did. So long and farewell Razr.
